UPVC Pipes

Applications:

Water supply
Lasheen upvc pipes (non-toxic) will not affect the taste, color or smell of potable water. It will never corrode, deposits and scales will never build up inside so it is extremely sanitary.

Soil, waste and drainage sewer systems
Lasheen UPVC pipes are ideal for those applications because of the high resistance of corrosive gases and materials.

Irrigation networks
Lasheen UPVC pipes are perfect for agricultural irrigation and sprinkler systems. It is ideal for carrying water containing chemical fertilizers and insect inhibiters for large farms. Water can be transported under high pressure using thick – wall and large diameters of Lasheen UPVC pipes.

Industry
Lasheen UPVC pipes have an important role to play in industry and industrial drainage because of the high resistant to most chemicals.

Ventilation
Lasheen UPVC pipes are ideal for ventilation in companies, factories, etc. because of the light weight, ease of installation and low cost.

Mining
Lasheen UPVC pipes are suitable for draining corrosive liquids found in mines, and also for ventilation for pits due to its easiness of installation in hard-to-reach places.

Conduits
Lasheen UPVC pipes itself is an integral insulator so it is ideal to use for electric and telephone conduits.

Perforated pipes
Lasheen UPVC perforated pipes used in tube wells, treatment plants, agricultural drainage projects and reducing under ground water level projects.
It can have threaded joints. It is more efficient than other traditional pipes because of its sanitation, smooth inside surface, high chemical resistance, light weight, ease of installation and high mechanical strength. Perforating specifications are according to the customers requirements.

Anti corrosion
Lasheen pipes resists corrosion caused by acids, alkalis, oils and salts. It is particularly reliable for transporting chemical solutions, gases, and other corrosive materials.

Sanitary
Lasheen pipes are entirely non-toxic. It will not affect the taste, smell or color of any liquid nor will react with it to cause any precipitants.

Because of its mirror smooth inside surface, lasheen pipes minimizes flow loss and impedes the build-up of deposits and corrosive scales.

Installation of Lasheen pipes is quick and easy with a complete line of fitting where joints are leak proof. In maintenance work, pipes can be easily repaired with minimum complications and cost.

Fire proofness
Lasheen pipes will not support combustion. In the event of fire, flames are unable to travel along the pipes. It is self extinguishing.

Dielectric properties
Lasheen pipes are ideal as an electric conduit as it is self and integral insulator. It eliminates the possibility of electrolytic corrosion which so often destroys underground metal piping.

Weather resistance
Different weather conditions will not affect the high quality performance of lasheen pipes concerning the technical terms of storage.

Fittings

The company produces all types of fittings such as bends, double sockets, tees, reducers and flanged short pipes. Connection is done by rubber ring, solvent cement or flanges (iron or plastic) for all working pressures.
Fabricated from pipes body either heat formed or welded and reinforced by fiberglass, using highest techniques to reach the highest quality standards as all of our products. A variety of injection molded fittings can be supplied on demand
